The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. You will be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and well looked after.
* Greeting customers and providing a warm, friendly welcome
* Taking orders accurately and efficiently
* Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
* Handling payments and operating the till
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Supporting teammates to ensure smooth service
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service focus
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Reliability and punctuality
* Previous experience essential – full training will be provided
* Over 18
* Daytime/Evening and weekend shifts available. 20 hrs + per week
